TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
EOI_AZE_B31_34_2025:
- Confirmation that the proposed vessels are suitable for providing MWS services, with valid IACS certification;
- Recognition as a Maritime Inspection Assurance Service Provider by leading International Insurance Companies recognized by Azule Energy (references must be provided);
- Proven minimum experience of 15 years as a provider of the above services, with an emphasis on large-scale and complex Offshore projects in deep waters, and experience in large-scale and complex offshore projects in Angola deep waters.
Companies interested in one or more invitations above listed may submit their Expression of Interest within 10 Business Days counting from the date of this publication, by sending an email to vendor.application@azule-energy.com, mentioning the EOI reference(s) as per the above table and providing the below listed documents associated with the minimum requirements:
- Company Presentation Letter with a description of services and equipment’s offered, and presentation of the respective teams together with CVs and HSE policies;
- Tax Identification Number (NIF);
- Scanned copy of the Commercial Certificate duly updated (National Companies), with an issue date not exceeding 3 (three) months;
- Evidence of the company’s shareholder structure, with a list of all shareholders up to the final beneficiary(ies);
- Certificate / Evidence of the supplier registration in the Nacional Concessionaire System (ANPG) – to register, you must access the website https: https://anpg.co.ao/ in the “Local Content” area, “Supplier Registration” section;

EOI_AZE_B31_33_2025:
- Production operations and optimization and Management of offshore personnel and logistics;
- Preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Asset Integrity and class certification;
- Support of Marine and topside systems;
- Compliance with Health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
The FPSO GREATER PAJ has a production capacity of 95,000 barrels per day (kbod) and a storage capacity of 1.4 million barrels, supporting long-term field development.
