- Tender must be the owner of the boat or the manager (ISM Manager) in a Joint-Venture with the owner of the boat;
- Tender must hold a DOC (ISM Document of Compliance) valid for 5 years issued by an IACS Classification Society, allowing the competitor to operate this category of boat;
- Tender must propose a vessel (Flotel) available to start operations in the last quarter of the year 2025 (4Q2025). Azule Energy will not consider proposals/competitors whose vessel is not available in the period referred to here.
